Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Please note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not cover return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items:

Worn or used products
Damaged items not caused by us
Items returned without prior contact

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Molvix reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
